certification to iso 9001: 2008 quality management systems – requirements
In November 2012 Perth Clinic participated in a certification review to assess compliance with the internationally recognised quality standard ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management systems – Requirements. The review also incorporated an evaluation against the Core Standards for Safety and Quality in Healthcare. Perth Clinic achieved certification to these standards with no recommendations and was recognised as having a robust quality management system.
accreditation to the national standards for mental health services
Perth Clinic recognises the importance of standards that specifically focus on mental health services. Perth Clinic was been assessed against the National Standards for Mental Health Services in 2008 and again in November 2012. In the 2012 review, as with the previous review, Perth Clinic achieved a certification against these standards with no recommendations. Reports show that the clinic was recognised as a provider of excellent mental health services to patients and their supporters/carers.
