4 Week Supporters Group
Perth Clinic is pleased to offer our new 4 week Supporters Group program for family & friends of people experiencing mental health problems.
Facilitated by a psychologist, this workshop will help you to:
- Develop self care strategies to manage the demands and stresses of being a supporter
- Learn how to have difficult conversations
- Set boundaries and develop effective communication skills
